For larger packages (Premium and Epic Day), I may bring a second filmmaker for additional coverage, but I'm always there ensuring the quality and vision you've booked. Vows & Classic packages: 1 filmmaker (me) with multiple cameras. Premium package: 1-2 filmmakers depending on your needs. Epic Day package: 2 filmmakers plus assistant for comprehensive coverage. I'll discuss your specific requirements during our planning call to ensure perfect coverage.

I use 4K cinema cameras, professional lenses, stabilizers, and studio-grade audio equipment. I carry backup cameras, lenses, and audio equipment to every wedding. In case of equipment failure, I have immediate access to replacement gear. For illness or emergency, I have a network of trusted professional videographers who can step in seamlessly.

You'll receive a 48-hour teaser highlight, then your full films within 6-8 weeks. Deliverables vary by package: Vows (5-7 min vows film), Classic (6-8 min highlight + ceremony & speeches), Premium (8-12 min feature + ceremony & speeches), Epic Day (12-18 min feature + teasers + social cuts + full documentary). All films are delivered via private online gallery with downloads.

Every soundtrack is fully licensed from professional music libraries, so you can safely share your films online without copyright issues. While I select music that matches your film's emotion and style, I'm happy to discuss your preferences during our planning call. I can accommodate specific music requests if they're available for licensing.

Raw footage is not included in standard packages as it requires significant storage and isn't typically useful for clients. However, I maintain multiple backups of your footage for 12 months. If you need specific raw clips for any reason, I can provide them for a small processing fee. The edited films are designed to tell your story beautifully without needing raw footage.

Cancellation: More than 12 weeks - full refund minus £250 deposit. 8-12 weeks - 50% refund. 4-8 weeks - 25% refund. Less than 4 weeks - no refund. Overtime: If your wedding runs longer than planned, I'll continue filming at £250-300/hour depending on the time of day. This ensures you don't miss any important moments. I'll discuss timing during our planning call to minimize overtime needs.

It's an optional add-on. The personal wedding webpage is £300 for setup including the first year of hosting. After the first year it's £50 per year to renew. You get your own subdomain (e.g., yournames.epicdaycinema.com) and we can enable a video guestbook so guests can leave short video messages.
